With Virtual Health,
the provider is always on-call

With a click, connect with experienced providers from your smart device or computer. Virtual Health gives you peace-of-mind around the clock if you’re a senior, parent, or just busy and on-the-go.

How it works

1. Register for Blueprint Portal

Getting registered for Blueprint Portal is the first step. If you already have a Blueprint Portal account, sign in to get started.

2. Activate your Virtual Health account

Once you’re signed in to Blueprint Portal, select the Virtual Health link. Follow the prompts to create your virtual health username, password and security question. You only need to do this once.

3. Choose a provider

Choose from a large network of state-licensed, board-certified providers (including pediatricians).

4. Start your Virtual Health visit

Arkansas law requires your first call to be a video call. Have your health information handy (conditions you have and medicine you take). And be prepared to make a payment for the visit if your health plan requires it.

20mins

We have a cure for the waiting room.

Avoid crowds, the wait and the germs. Turn your own device into a virtual provider’s office with same day appointments and with wait times of 20 minutes or less, Virtual Health fits around your schedule and in your hand.

24/7access

Talk to a provider from home or on the go.

Virtual Health connects patients with expert medical help on your smartphone or computer when you can’t see your primary care provider.
