Forbes names Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield among the nation’s best midsize employers
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (February 11, 2026) — Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield has been named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Midsize Employers 2026. This is the sixth consecutive year that Arkansas Blue Cross has received this prestigious award, presented in collaboration with Statista, a world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
Of the nation’s top 500 mid-sized employers, Arkansas Blue Cross is ranked 27th, up from 45th in 2025.

Recipients were selected based on an independent survey of more than 217,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people. More than 3.5 million evaluations were considered. The final score is based on employee evaluations and public perception within the industry.
