Workforce Scheduling

While all employees are welcome to work in the office five days a week, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield managers have three options for work arrangements:

  • In-office: 4-5 days/week in the office
  • Flex: about 1-3 days/week in the office
  • Remote: as-determined
