Workforce Scheduling

While all employees are welcome to work in the office five days a week, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield managers have three options for work arrangements:

  • In-office: 4-5 days/week in the office
  • Flex: about 1-3 days/week in the office
  • Remote: as-determined

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

Arkansas Blue Cross has a mandatory Covid-19 vaccination policy. Any qualified individual selected for a position will receive a conditional offer of employment requiring that they comply with the Mandatory Vaccination Policy for Designated Employees prior to their first work day. All new employees must show proof of vaccination or show proof of the first vaccination no later than the first date of employment with an agreement to become fully vaccinated after employment has begun. Any qualified individual selected for a position seeking an exemption from this requirement for medical or religious reasons should complete a request for accommodation form and submit the form to the Human Resources department as described in the Mandatory Vaccination Policy for Designated Employees prior to their first date of employment and cannot begin employment unless and until such accommodation request is approved.
