Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield ranked among nation’s “Best Midsize Employers” of 2023
Forbes magazine again includes Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield among its list of America’s Best Midsize Employers. The company ranks 33rd in the nation in 2023, up 66 spots from 2022.
“Our employees make a difference in the lives of our customers and help our communities thrive every day,” said Arkansas Blue Cross President and CEO Curtis Barnett. “They are the foundation of our organization’s success and our deep corporate culture — a culture that is built upon the value of our people.”
The Forbes list was based on an independent survey of 45,000 workers at companies with between 1,000 and 5,000 employees. Respondents were asked if they would recommend their employer to friends or family and to name any other employer they would recommend. Forbes’ list is made up of the 500 companies that received the most recommendations.
