Emergency assistance available to members impacted by recent storms including prescription drug assistance and free mental health services
Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and its family of companies are making assistance available to members who were impacted by Friday’s severe storms in Arkansas
“Our thoughts are with those impacted by the afternoon storms in Arkansas, and Arkansas Blue Cross is working to help those with immediate healthcare needs,” said Curtis Barnett, Arkansas Blue Cross president and CEO. “We are currently assessing future needs in the communities hit.”
Prescriptions
Impacted members covered by Arkansas Blue Cross, Health Advantage or BlueAdvantage Administrators of Arkansas (who use its prescription drug benefits with CVS Caremark) can obtain a one-time, 10-day emergency refill on maintenance medications

Lost ID card
If a member has lost an ID card, an electronic ID can be downloaded using Blueprint Portal at blueprintportal.com or using the mobile app, which can be found in the App Store or on Google Play.
Counseling Services
A dedicated crisis line has been activated for members who may need emotional support during this time. Members may call 24/7, toll free is 833-848-1766 or 833-848-1764 and speak with a licensed clinical professional, at no cost to the member. This service will be active at least until April 17 and extended as needed.
