Judy Blevins

Judy Blevins is responsible for all aspects of operations for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, including claims administration, customer accounts, customer service, membership, service management, system configuration and process improvement for the company and its affiliates, which includes Arkansas Blue Cross Regular Business, BlueCard®, BlueAdvantage Administrators of Arkansas, BlueAdvantage National Accounts, Health Advantage and exchange products. Additionally, she serves as the administrative lead for National Accounts customers. A native of Fayetteville, Blevins joined Arkansas Blue Cross in 1995 as manager of Claims for Health Advantage. In 2006, she was promoted to director of Claims and Customer Service with responsibility for claims processing, adjustments, customer service and utilization for National Accounts. In 2015, she was promoted to vice president of Enterprise Claims and National Account Administration where she most recently served.
