Gray Dillard

Biography

Gray Dillard has overall executive responsibility for financial activities for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, HMO Partners, Inc., and USAble Corporation. He also has executive management responsibility for actuarial services, underwriting, capital management, internal audit and controls, and regulatory and marketplace compliance. In addition, he has executive responsibility for consumer and retail products, corporate marketing, sales competence, and the regional offices. Dillard joined Arkansas Blue Cross in March 1994 as senior accountant for Health Advantage and was promoted to accounting manager of Financial Services and controller of HMO Partners, Inc., in 2000. He served as regional executive in the south central regional office in Hot Springs from 2005 to 2008. He was promoted to vice president of Financial Services in 2009 and was named chief financial officer and treasurer in 2011. Dillard earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Harding University. He is a certified public accountant. Dillard currently serves on the board of the World Services for the Blind Foundation. He is a past member of the Hot Springs Fifty for the Future and completed the Leadership Hot Springs program.
