Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is updating its Physician Fee Schedule effective December 1, 2026. This fee schedule update may impact reimbursement amounts for services provided under your participating provider agreement. Providers may review and obtain the updated Physician Fee Schedule through Availity or request a copy by emailing providerreimbursement@arkbluecross.com. Providers are encouraged to review the updated fee schedule to evaluate the potential financial impact of these reimbursement changes prior to the effective date.
