Includes access to a National PPO network for the following plans: Complete, Complete Plus, Short Term individual products, Blue Care PPO Plus, Blue Choice, Solution PPO, Blue PPO, Comprehensive Blue PPO III.

Member ID cards have “PPO” in the bottom right.

Without BlueCard

TrueBlue PPO without BlueCard offers a network of providers supporting in-state benefits.

Plans purchased directly or through the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Includes access to an in-state provider network and applies to the following plans: Silver AH (ARHOME), Gold Standardized, Gold Value, Gold Classic HSA, Silver Standardized, Silver Classic HSA, Silver Premier, Bronze Value, Bronze Exp Standardized plans, Bronze Classic HSA, and Catastrophic plans.
