Ways to get care

Your doctor knows you and your medical history so they are a great first option.

Your primary care physician

Many doctors and mental health professionals are now treating their patients over the phone or with videoconferencing. If you have a routine visit scheduled or need care, call your doctor to see if telemedicine is an option.

When your doctor isn’t available, your BlueMedicare plan has you covered.

Virtual health

(powered by Teladoc) You can access medical help 24/7 on your phone or computer when you can't see your primary physician through telehealth. Get started.

You can call a nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (even on holidays) with no copay for advice on your health. You can access the nurse advice line by calling 800-318-2384 (TTY 711).

The nurse hotline is available for coaching and trusted advice from trained clinicians.
