Medicare Part A or Part B Premium

You must continue to pay your Medicare Part A or Part B Premium.

Pharmacy Network

The formulary, pharmacy network, and/or provider network may change at any time. Medipak-Rx members must use in-network pharmacies to receive plan benefits under emergency care circumstances, and quantity limitations and restrictions may apply.

Star Ratings

Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-star rating system. Star Ratings are calculated each year an may change from one year to the next.

Online Enrollment Center

Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in Medi-Pak Rx (PDP) through the CMS Online Enrollment Center located at http://www.medicare.gov.
