Enterprise Employees' Committee
Our Enterprise Employees' Committee (EEC) coordinates approved service and support for charitable organizations within our communities. The EEC also provides support to employees in times of need. The EEC consists of 33 representatives who administer and assist with many company events, including charity drives and quarterly blood drives.
The EEC has helped organizations — from Arkansas Children's Hospital to Youth Home to Dorcas House — through fundraisers, food drives and charitable races. The EEC raises thousands of dollars annually for causes, coordinates the donation of countless pounds of non-perishables to food banks, and provides hundreds of volunteer hours.
Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas
The Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas creates a state of better health for all Arkansans by investing in community-based organizations and grantee partners who are committed to improving the lives of the people they serve. The Foundation is a charitable, 501(c)(3) foundation established by Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield that supports nonprofits, schools or governmental organizations in improving three of the most prevalent needs in the state of Arkansas: behavioral and mental health, maternal and child health and the social determinants of health.

Charitable guidelines
Arkansas Blue Cross sponsors several nonprofit events and fundraisers each year to improve the health and well-being of Arkansans. We are proud to sponsor Arkansas organizations that strive to accomplish this every day.
Sponsorships generally include luncheons, dinners, walks and/or runs and similar activities. Arkansas Blue Cross prioritizes contributions to organizations whose mission falls within the following categories:
- Access to Care and Coverage
- Health and Wellness and Disease Prevention and Management
- Social Determinants of Health
- Behavioral Health
Submitting a request
For donation consideration, please complete the required corporate sponsorships request form and provide the requested documentation. Completion of this form does not guarantee a donation. Arkansas Blue Cross donations are approved during the monthly Corporate Contributions Committee meeting. Organizations planning to submit multiple requests for events or initiatives should submit an annual request by providing details for all events or initiatives and completing the form once annually.
We ask that all sponsorship requests be submitted three months in advance of the event. You will be informed of the committee’s decision within three business days after the monthly Corporate Contributions meeting, when your request is reviewed.
