Arkansas Blue Medicare
Not available in all counties. Arkansas Blue Medicare is an affiliate of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Arkansas Blue Medicare offers HMO, PFFS, PPO, and PDP plans with Medicare contracts. Enrollment in Arkansas Blue Medicare depends on contract renewal. You must continue to pay your part B premium.

Medicare Supplement
Our Medicare Supplement insurance plans are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
Hospital benefits must be provided by facilities participating with Medicare. To be eligible for Medicare Supplement plans, you must be enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B and reside in the state of Arkansas.
Plans are guaranteed renewable, premium rates are subject to change upon thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Payments are limited to the reasonable charges as determined by Medicare. Our Medicare Supplement insurance plans have terms and conditions that may affect coverage. For costs and complete details of the coverage, contact Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
Unless you apply for Medicare Supplement coverage during a guarantee issue period mandated by federal and state law, you must answer health questions, be subjected to medical underwriting and may not be accepted for coverage.
Since applications for our Medicare Supplement insurance plans take time to process, we advise you to keep your current coverage in effect until we notify you that your application has been approved.
