Update Your Policy


Vision members can request changes at any time throughout the year. Reasons such as marriage, divorce, or a dependent turns 26 and ages off current policy are the most common reasons, but not required.

Members may request changes to their policy, such as:
  • Adding or deleting dependents
  • Changing ownership
  • Creating a separate policy with identical coverage
  • Billing
