How to pay your bill

Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield offers several convenient ways for you to pay your bill. No transaction fee applies to the payment options listed below.

One-time payment online

Eligible1 members can make a one-time payment online with a check, credit or debit card by visiting our secure, mobile-friendly payment site or sign in to Blueprint Portal to make a one-time payment.

AutoPay

Eligible1 members can sign in to Blueprint Portal to set up AutoPay with a check, credit or debit card.

Set up autopay by mail with bank draft form

If you prefer to set up automatic payments offline, you can submit a pre-authorized bank draft form based on your plan type. Not applicable for credit or debit card payments.

Mobile app

Download our app and, if eligible1, pay with a check, credit or debit card inside the Blueprint Portal app.

By phone

Eligible1 members can make payments using a check, credit or debit card when you call 800-354-9904.

In Person

At an ArkansasBlue Welcome Center

Pay your bill by cash, check, debit or credit card. Receive friendly customer service or shop for plans at our welcome centers across the state.

You can send a check or money order to us as outlined below. Your check may be processed electronically, which means the amount paid would be withdrawn from your account immediately. Remember to include your member ID or account number.

For members with Metallic medical plans (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Catastrophic):

Bill Pay

Sign up for Bill Pay through your financial institution, which will automatically draft payments from the bank account you choose.
