Telehealth
Access the care you need

If you have concerns about going out or going to your doctor's office, you can meet with a doctor by phone or video and protect yourself and others
What is telehealth?

Telehealth is a term that covers all of the ways you and your doctor or other health care providers can use technology to communicate without being in the same room. It's also often referred to as telemedicine and virtual health.
It can include phone calls, video chats, emails or communication through a patient.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, access to telehealth has temporarily expanded

Original Medicare coinsurance and deductibles still apply for telehealth services. You will be billed similarly to the way you would for an in-person doctor visit.
What services are covered?
- Routine primary care visits
- Preventive health and COVID-19 screenings
- Urgent care visits
- Behavioral/mental health counseling, and more
We are committed to your health, safety and well-being
Ways to get care
Your doctor knows you and your medical history so they are a great first option.
Your primary care physician
Many doctors and mental health professionals are now treating their patients over the phone or with videoconferencing. If you have a routine visit scheduled or need care, call your doctor to see if telemedicine is an option.

When your doctor isn’t available, your BlueMedicare plan has you covered.
Virtual health
(powered by MDLIVE) Medicare Advantage members can access medical help 24/7 on your phone or computer when you can't see your primary physician through telehealth. Get started.

The nurse hotline is available for coaching and trusted advice from trained clinicians.
