*Please note the Employee Rates stated above are set by the Arkansas State and Public
School Life and Health Insurance Board. Some districts contribute an additional
amount toward the employee health insurance premium. School employees taking the
Health Risk Assessment will also be given discounts not reflected in these rates.

All rates including retiree rates are posted on the Employee Benefits Division Web site. Retirees will be mailed
a brochure with the new rates in September. Retiree rates will not change until
January 1, 2007.
