The health care law (Affordable Care Act) requires payment to be received before the due date (not postmarked) on your invoice.
Unfortunately, the health care law requires that a policy be canceled if your first month’s premium is not received before the due date on your invoice.
All members can pay their bill the following ways:
When you receive your bill, you can make a secure payment with a check, credit or debit card.* No transaction fee applies.
Payments can be made using a check, credit or debit card when you call 1-800-354-9904.* No transaction fee applies.
You can visit any MoneyGram** location, Arkansas Blue Cross office or one of our ArkansasBlue retail stores.
You can send a check or money order to us as outlined below. Remember to include your member ID or account number.
* Health Advantage conversion plans, all Medicare Advantage plans or Medicare prescription drug plans are not eligible for online or phone payments.
