Medi-Pak Members' Out-of-State Claims May Be Filed Electronically
Paper claim forms are no longer required when you receive services outside the state
of Arkansas. Health Data Management (HDM) will submit your Medi-Pak claims electronically
from Medicare intermediaries and carriers throughout the United States directly
to Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Remind your service provider to complete
your insurance information on the claim form and include your Medi-Pak identification
number.
