If you are living with back pain, join the Low Back Pain Education Program (HEP).

If you join, free information will arrive in your mailbox monthly! No classes to attend, just solid information including:

  4. You also can call your nearest office location and ask for a Registered Nurse case manager to discuss the program and receive assistance in enrolling in the Low Back Pain Education Program.
