Matt Flora

Matt joined Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield in 2005 as a statistical analyst for Pinnacle Business Solutions and later moved to lead the Enterprise Business Intelligence division, where his team developed new provider reimbursement analytics to support value based compensation. This work strengthened relationships with Arkansas providers to support expansion of value based payment models across the state. His focus now is developing strategies to align provider compensation with high quality and cost effective care delivery. Matt earned a master’s degree in statistics from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He is a native Arkansan who grew up in the Springdale area. Matt and his wife Emily live in Little Rock.
