Richard Cooper is responsible for executive oversight of all Human Resource activities including employee compensation and
benefits administration, employee relations, talent management and recruiting, personnel policy, facilities management
and corporate compliance for the enterprise. Cooper joined the company in 1990 as personnel manager for USAble Corporation.
A native of North Little Rock, Cooper received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway,
and his master’s degree in human resource development from Webster University in St. Louis. Cooper has a Senior Professional
in Human Resources lifetime designation, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Central Arkansas
Human Resource Association and the American Compensation Association and is active in his community, serving on advisory
councils and boards.
