Biography
Curtis Barnett is responsible for all aspects of operations, including claims, customer service, membership and
system configuration, for BlueAdvantage Administrators of Arkansas, which provides administrative services to
members covered under self-funded group health plans. Barnett joined the enterprise in 1993 and has served in a
variety of capacities during his tenure with the company. He has been responsible for BlueAdvantage's operations
since 1999. A native of Sherwood, Barnett received a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Arkansas in
Conway, a master's degree from the University of Arkansas and is a graduate of the Northwestern University Kellogg
School of Management's Advanced Executive Program. He also has earned several professional designations, including
the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and the Professional in the Academy of Healthcare Management
(PAHM). Barnett is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
