Richard Cooper
Vice President, Human Resources, and Corporate Compliance Officer
Biography
Richard Cooper is responsible for executive oversight of all Human Resource activities including employee compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, talent management and recruiting, personnel policy, corporate training and corporate compliance for the enterprise. Cooper joined the company in 1990 as personnel manager for USAble Corporation. A native of North Little Rock, Cooper received his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, and his master’s degree in human resource development from Webster University in St. Louis. He has completed the Kellogg Executive Education Program at Northwestern University. Cooper has a Senior Professional in Human Resources lifetime designation; is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Central Arkansas Human Resource Association; and is active in his community, serving on advisory councils and boards.
