Jim Bailey is responsible for the development and servicing of national. Bailey most recently served as regional executive for the Central Region and vice president of Marketing for Health Advantage. Bailey is a 1975 graduate of Arkansas State University. He holds a designation of a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified Health Consultant (CHC). He is a member of Consortium Health Plan Board of Directors, an alliance of Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans dedicated to attracting and retaining national account business. He also serves on the Health Advantage board. Active in the community, Bailey has been involved with various organizations such as the Arkansas Respiratory Health Association (formerly the American Lung Association) and Arkansas Easter Seals and currently is a board member of the Junior Achievement of Arkansas.
