Todd Holt oversees the team serving the South Central Region located in Hot Springs. Holt has been with Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield for more than 17 years. He began his career as a staff auditor in Provider Audit and Reimbursement. In 1995, he accepted the role as primary care network plan board manager for the Northeast Regional Office in Jonesboro, and has held the roles of operations manager and marketing representative in that office. A native of Little Rock, Holt received his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Hendrix College. Holt is a certified health consultant (CHC), a Fellow of the Academy of Healthcare Management, and in 2008 completed the Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. The South Central Regional Office serves the counties of Garland, Hot Springs, Clark, Pike and Montgomery.
