Dwayne Pierce leads a 20-member team focused on customer service, individual and group products sales and marketing, medical management and provider services in the Southeast Region. His responsibilities include working closely with the local health-care providers. The Southeast Region, headquartered in Pine Bluff, serves 13 counties: Arkansas, Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Cleveland, Dallas, Desha, Drew, Jefferson, Lee, Lincoln, Monroe and Phillips. Pierce joined Arkansas Blue Cross in 1998, and was a sales manager in the Southeast Region. He has also been a Group Marketing representative and Primary Care Network board manager. A native of Jonesboro, Pierce received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in exercise science from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.
