Vice President, Pharmacy and Primary Care Programs
Biography
Wendy See has leadership responsibility for operational and strategic components of pharmacy management and provider partnership initiatives for payment alignment and shared risk for the primary care segment of the delivery system. See received her Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She also earned a certificate of residency in hospital pharmacy from the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center in Little Rock. See is a member of the Arkansas Pharmacists Association and the Arkansas Association of Health System Pharmacists. She also serves of the Board of Directors of Easter Seals, Arkansas, and Ballet Arkansas. Prior to joining Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield in 2014, she provided pharmacy benefit and specialty services to third party payer clients with CVS Caremark. She has extensive experience in business and product development, sales strategy, drug distribution and program administration, as well as trend management. See resides in Little Rock and has twin adult sons Parker and Bradley.
