Karen Raley has executive responsibility for the product development, marketing support, corporate communications, Web content, advertising and public relations functions of Arkansas Blue Cross and its family of companies. Raley joined the company in 1994 as group marketing representative. In 1995, she was promoted to regional executive of the Southeast Regional Office, headquartered in Pine Bluff. A native of Pine Bluff, Raley received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Raley is a former board member and volunteer lobbyist for the Arkansas Board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is now on the JDRF nominating committee. She also serves on the board of Fifty for the Future in Pine Bluff.
