Biography
Sam Partin has executive responsibility for actuarial and risk management capacities which extend over most of the
Arkansas Blue Cross and subsidiary product lines. Partin joined Arkansas Blue Cross in 1989. A native of Tennessee, Partin
received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and a master’s degree from the University of Nebraska. Partin
is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a fellow of the Life Office Management
Association.
