Biography
Cal Kellogg’s enterprise responsibilities include oversight of the strategic and annual planning process, executive and
organizational development, corporate incentives, enterprise risk management, quality initiatives, performance measures, project
management, internal consulting and process improvement activities. Kellogg joined Arkansas Blue Cross in 1995 as director of
Plan Development and Integration. Prior to joining Arkansas Blue Cross, he served in various administrative and teaching roles at
Arkansas Tech University, Illinois State University, the University of Mississippi and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
A native of Flippin, he received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees and Doctor of Philosophy in business administration from
the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He has received Professional status in the Association of Healthcare Management. Kellogg
serves as a the Chairman of the Board for the Governor’s Quality Award, as member of the University for Arkansas at Little Rock
Executive Forum Advisory Council and as Chair of the Sam M. Walton College of Business Executive Education Business Advisory
Group.
