Ron DeBerry is responsible for the executive oversight of marketing and sales of individual business, agent/broker relations, the Medicare Part D program, Arkansas State Employee/Public School Personnel and statewide accounts. He joined the company in 1985 as an agent/broker representative selling group and individual products. He was promoted to manager of the Marketing Support Division in 1986 and became Operations manager of USAble Administrators in 1990. He was promoted to director of Individual Services Marketing in 1992 and became vice president of Statewide Business in 1997. A native of North Little Rock, DeBerry received his bachelor’s degree in business and psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is a chartered life underwriter and a certified health consultant.
