Level 1
1. Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university (pref. degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.) and prior experience in application system programming, design, and analysis with emphasis in the areas of UNIX shell scripting, SQL and/or Cobol;
2. Experience programming with the AMISYS system. Related application programming experience in a UNIX or IBM Mainframe environment may be substituted.
Level 2

3. Experience in SQL/PLSQL with Oracle. Related access methods may be substituted.
4. Experience with screen development using Java/J2EE, Speedware, or Oracle Forms.
Level 3
1. Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university (pref. degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.) and prior experience in application system programming, design, and analysis with emphasis in the areas of UNIX shell scripting, SQL and/or Cobol;
2. Experience programming with the AMISYS system. Related application programming experience in a UNIX or IBM Mainframe environment may be substituted.

5. Must have participated in a minimum of three (3) large scale projects with heavy user interfacing. Successful completion of the project (e.g. implementation, problem resolution and user satisfaction) must be provided.
