Level 1:
1. Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in computer and/or analytical related studies (pref. degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, etc.) and prior experience with UNIX

2. Experience with Database Query, access tools, SQL, and UNIX scripting.
3. Preference will be given to candidates who have Advanced UNIX, AB Initio developer and COBOL skills.
4. Experience using desktop PC, Outlook e-mail, basic MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel).
5. Preference will be given to candidates who have healthcare related experience.
6. Preference will be given to candidates who have Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan experience
