Comprehensive Blue PPO II
For Arkansas residents who are not Medicaid or Medicare-eligible.
Comprehensive Blue PPO II offers major medical health insurance for Arkansans and their families who buy their own health insurance coverage. As the name implies, Comprehensive Blue PPO II is one of our most comprehensive plans. It offers a choice of five different deductibles — ranging from $500 to $10,000 — and covers everything from prescriptions to doctor visits to hospitalization. Comprehensive Blue PPO II allows you access to True Blue PPO, one of the most extensive networks in Arkansas, with more than 5,300 physicians and other health care providers, along with 89 hospitals. Comprehensive Blue PPO II has benefits identical to Comprehensive Blue PPO but with the addition of hearing aid coverage.
This coverage is available to Arkansas residents age 64 and younger. Individuals age 18 or younger may only apply for coverage with a parent, spouse or legal guardian. Children age 18 or younger may apply as an “Individual” only once a year during the open enrollment period. Individuals who are Medicaid or Medicare-eligible are not eligible to apply for this product.
