This coverage is available to Arkansas residents age 64 and younger.
Individuals age 18 or younger may only apply for coverage with a parent, spouse or legal guardian. Child age 18 or younger may apply as an "Individual" as a result of a qualified life event (includes loss of employer sponsored health coverage or an "involuntary" loss of other health coverage).
